Weight training is a brilliant way to help tone up and lose weight, but there are plenty of awesome exercises you can do pretty much anywhere which require no equipment or expensive gym membership. Try doing this 10 minute workout 3 times a week to help tone your chest and triceps.

The Rules:​

- Do as many repetition’s as possible

- Do each exercise 3 times before moving onto the next one

- 15 seconds rest between each exercise.
