The health and wellbeing of our clients is paramount to PT2Home. We have introduced a number of steps to reduce the risk of spread of Covid-19, and ensure your personal trainer is working in line with government guidelines.

Before your session we ask:
Clients:
- If either yourself or anybody you have been in contact with in the past 14 days has had Covid symptoms or a covid positive test, please do not attend any arranged sessions or fitness classes, inform your trainer, and rearrange your session for a later date.
- Please wash hands where possible or use hand sanitiser before your session begins.
- If sessions are due to take place outside of your residential home (i.e. local outdoor space), please do not turn up earlier than 5 minutes prior to scheduled time.
Trainers:
- If either yourself or anybody you have been in contact with in the past 14 days has had Covid symptoms or a covid positive test, please do not attend any arranged sessions or fitness classes, inform your clients, and rearrange your session for a later date.
- Please wash hands where possible or use hand sanitiser before your session begins.
- Attempt to minimise the use of communal/shared equiptment, however where this must be done, thoroughly clean equipment with an antibacterial and antiviral product before use.
- Arrive on time to scheduled sessions.
During you session:

- Stay 2m apart from your trainer
- If training in a pair/group, please remain 2m apart
- Wearing a mask is not mandatory during any personal training sessions or fitness classes, however may be done at the clients discretion
Trainer:
- Stay 2m apart from your clients
- No spotting unless client is in danger

After Session
Client:
- Please wash hands where possible or use hand sanitiser after your session ends
- Where attending a fitness class or group personal training session please do not socialise with individuals outside of your household at the end of the session

- Attempt to minimise the use of communal/shared equiptment, however where this must be done, thoroughly clean equipment with an antibacterial and antiviral product after use.
